Doug Johnson is a Director at Moody's Analytics specializing in Agriculture and has been with Moody's Analytics for over 25 years. Doug has worked with Ag lenders all across the United States and Canada, and is a frequent presenter on Agricultural topics via webinars, speaking at numerous state, regional and national Ag conferences, graduate schools of banking, and leads the charge on new Ag functionality within our solution to help serve our Agricultural customer base. His strong passion for Agricultural awareness stems from growing up on his fourth-generation Family Farm coupled with his teaching education background. Doug has first-hand experience with the cyclical and volatile nature of the Ag markets, which enables him to pull from his background and provide a valuable perspective while working with lenders and producers across the country.
Brandon is a Moody’s loan origination solution specialist and subject matter expert with over 15 years of experience in the financial industry. Brandon’s passion is to help clients with their credit and risk assessment needs that allow him to utilize his years of experience in sitting in the shoes of a commercial credit underwriter.
Shawn Gregrich joined the training team in 2008 with over 17 years of banking experience. During his time with Moody’s, Shawn authored elearning, including simulations, Coach scenarios, and new titles; instructed in the classroom; managed a sales territory; and, most recently, worked as a Learning Partner – supporting clients around the world to develop and deploy the right training solutions to meet their needs.
Shawn started his career with KeyBank as a management intern and was exposed to all facets of banking. During his time at KeyBank, Shawn worked as a Credit Analyst, Credit Department Manager, Underwriting Officer, Credit Officer and District Credit Officer.
As the District Credit Officer, Shawn oversaw the credit function of a $1.0 billion portfolio of retail, small business, private banking and commercial lending as well as commercial leasing relationships. His responsibilities included loan generation support, underwriting and approval, loan quality and portfolio monitoring, and the initial phases of loan workout.
Shawn graduated with a degree in Finance and Economics from Utah State University. Prior to joining Moody’s, Shawn was very active in the Mountain States Chapter of Risk Management Associates where he participated as a panel member and instructor. Additionally, Shawn is active in Business Week, a week-long summer campus program teaching high school students about the business world.
