Mr. Robinson is an Associate Managing Director in the Life Insurance Group at Moody’s Investors Service. Aniket Deshpande is a Senior Credit Officer and Manager for the US Structured Credit surveillance team, which monitors approximately 1100 collateralized loan obligations (CLOs). Prior to joining Moody’s in 2010, Aniket held positions as an investment analyst at Dynamic Credit Partners, LLC., a fund manager investing in a wide range of CLO and structured finance securities, and as a trader for government-issued bonds in Mumbai, India. Keith Banhazl Managing Director, Head of Commercial Real Estate Finance Moody’s Ratings

Keith Banhazl is a Managing Director and Head of Commercial Real Estate Finance for Americas within the Structured Finance Group and leads the team responsible for CMBS & CRE CLO new ratings and surveillance at Moody’s Investors Service. The team is responsible for reviewing Conduit/Fusion, Large Loan/Single Borrower, Agency CMBS, Credit Tenant Lease, Small Balance Commercial, CRE CLO, CRE CDO and other structured products at Moody’s Investors Service. He is also Moody’s Global Structured Finance Outreach Coordinator. He has been involved in various research initiatives and outreach activities related to the CRE securitization space, publishing and speaking on Moody’s behalf. Prior to being appointed to his current position, Mr. Banhazl was a Managing Director within the Structured Finance Group leading the US CMBS and CRE CLO/CDO Surveillance team and the review of primary US CRE CLO/CDO transactions, including the credit assessment team for commercial real estate assets within CRE CDO’s and CLO’s as well as Structured Credit transactions. Mark Wasden Senior Vice President, North America Finance Companies Moody's Ratings

Mark Wasden is a Senior Vice President in the Financial Institutions Group. Based in New York, Mark oversees the ratings of a portfolio of US commercial finance companies, including commercial aircraft leasing companies, business development companies (BDCs), non bank commercial real estate lenders, and equipment leasing companies.

Prior to joining Moody’s in 2004, Mark was a director in Bank One’s large corporate banking division in Chicago, where he covered finance companies as a senior underwriter. Sarah Hibler is an Associate Managing Director in the Property and Casualty Group at Moody’s Investors Service. She is responsible for managing analysts who cover a broad array of P&C insurers, reinsurers and insurance brokers. Prior to joining Moody’s in 1997, Ms. Hibler was a senior manager in the mergers & acquisitions practice of Deloitte & Touche LLP in New York City. At Deloitte & Touche, she also worked for a number of years in both the New York and London offices providing auditing and consulting services to insurance companies. 

Ms. Hibler holds a degree in business administration from the University of Michigan and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Becky Leeper Partner Program Leader Moody's RMS

Becky Leeper is a Partner Program Leader at Moody’s Analytics, working for the past 11 years with insurance and financial services organizations on deploying catastrophe models to understand climate and climate change risk. At Moody's RMS she leads internal and external partnership work to maximize opportunities for our climate models and data. This includes promoting the use of RMS models, analytics, and data across a variety of climate use cases within banking, CRE, investment management, corporates, and governments. By clearly understanding the impact from climate change, these organizations can quickly and accurately respond to regulatory reporting and be prepared when a large event such as a flood, wildfire, earthquake, or hurricane happens.

Prior to RMS, Becky spent more than a decade partnering with financial firms in the use of models for valuation and risk management within fixed income. Becky holds a BS in computer science from Duke University.

James Eck Vice President - Senior Credit Officer, US Insurance Moody's Investors Service

James has lead coverage responsibility for a portfolio of U.S. and Bermuda-based insurance and reinsurance companies. Prior to joining Moody’s in 2001, James was an Associate Director at Aon Capital Markets where he was involved in the structuring and placement of catastrophe bonds, alternative risk transfer programs and contingent event capital for corporate and insurance company clients. Before to joining Aon Capital Markets, James was as an independent floor trader at the Chicago Mercantile Exchange and a corporate legal assistant in the Asset Securitization Group at the law firm of Hunton & Williams. Michael Dion, CFA Vice President - Senior Analyst, Insurance Moody's Investors Service

Mike joined Moody’s in September 2017 and is currently responsible for covering the property & casualty insurance sector, including personal and commercial insurers, reinsurers, brokers and title insurers. He brings to this role a wide range of experience in the equity and credit markets, having worked as a sell-side and buy-side equity analyst covering financials, especially insurance, as well as a credit analyst. Peter McKeever Vice President – Northeast Zone Regional Manager Marsh Cyber Practice

Peter is a regional manager in the Northeast Zone for Marsh’s US Cyber Practice and serves as an advisor for large commercial clients across the country. Jack Freund VP, Head of Cyber Risk Methodology Bitsight

Jack has 26 years of experience consulting, building, and leading technology and risk management programs for Fortune 100 organizations. As VP, Head of Cyber Risk Methodology for Bitsight, Jack has overall responsibility for the systemic development and application of frameworks, algorithms, and quantitative and qualitative methods to measure cyber risk. He is also the co-author of the foundational book on cyber risk quantification (CRQ), which was inducted into the Cybersecurity Canon in 2016. Wally is a Vice President - Group Credit Officer in Moody’s Financial Institutions Group. Rob joined Moody’s in June 2021. Before joining Moody’s, Rob worked at another credit rating agency based in Toronto where he was a lead analyst on the large Canadian banks and various credit unions and other financial institutions in Canada. Dean joined Moody’s in 2015 as a senior analyst responsible for a portfolio of US asset managers and managed investment funds. Prior to joining Moody’s in 2003, Shachar worked as an Associate at JPMorgan in the Technology Investment Banking Group, and also served in accounting and consulting roles at PricewaterhouseCoopers.

Bob Garofalo Vice President-Senior Credit Officer, Insurance Moody's Investors Service

Bob is a Vice President- Senior Credit Officer on the Financial Institutions Group of Moody's Investors Service. He is responsible for a portfolio of U.S. ratings within the Life Insurance Group.

Prior to joining Moody's in 2016, Bob worked for over ten years at Swiss Re where he held various roles including Senior Vice President and Head of Business Development for Swiss Re Life & Health North America. In addition, he served as a Vice President, Head of Origination in Admin Re US covering the US and Canadian markets.

Bob also worked for AM Best as a Managing Senior Financial Analyst, where he rated emerging and complex financial institutions and provided credit analysis coverage on life insurance-based financial services organizations and retirement savings companies. In addition, Bob worked at Mutual of New York in various roles including Corporate Actuarial and Reinsurance

Bob has an MBA Corporate Finance from Fairleigh Dickinson University and a BA in Economics from the University of South Florida. Bob also has the Fellow of Life Management Institute (FLMI) designation from LOMA.

Wallace Enman Vice President - Senior Credit Officer Moody's Investors Group

Wally is a Vice President - Group Credit Officer in Moody’s Financial Institutions Group. As Group Credit Officer since 2014, Wally has responsibility for monitoring ratings quality as well as assisting in the development and implementation of rating methodologies and practices for insurance groups globally.

Before becoming Group Credit Officer, Wally was a member of Moody’s Accounting Specialist group, providing technical accounting support to the Life, Property and Casualty, and Specialty Insurance teams and publishing research on complex financial reporting topics. 

Prior to joining Moody’s in 2007, Wally was a Senior Manager in Ernst & Young, LLP’s Transaction Advisory Services group, where he consulted and performed due diligence on mergers and acquisitions involving insurance companies. Wally had also worked for the General Reinsurance Corporation, in financial reporting and investment accounting.

He holds a BS degree in Accounting from Fairfield University and an MBA from NYU’s Stern School of Business. Wally is a CFA charterholder, a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and a Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU).

Robert Colangelo Vice President - Senior Credit Officer Moody's Investors Service

Robert Colangelo is Vice President for the North America Financial Institutions Group. Based in Toronto, he is a lead credit analyst for the largest Canadian banks and insurance companies and publishes related research on these institutions as well as the banking and insurance sectors. 

Rob joined Moody’s in June 2021. Before joining Moody’s, Rob worked at another credit rating agency based in Toronto where he was a lead analyst on the large Canadian banks and various credit unions and other financial institutions in Canada. Rob also held a wide range of senior level positions in Finance at Royal Bank of Canada (RBC), including roles in External Reporting, Investor Relations and performance management reporting and forecasting. Rob holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Toronto and is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CA).

Evelyn Ocas Salazar Assistant Vice President Moody's Investors Service

Evelyn Ocas Salazar is an Assistant Vice President – Manager in the Ratings, Research and Support group, where she manages a team of junior analysts supporting the insurance, and funds & asset management groups. Evelyn started her career at Moody’s as an Associate in the Banking team in 2017 and transitioned to an Associate Analyst role in the UK Insurance team in 2018.

In 2019, Evelyn moved to the US as an Associate Analyst where she supported the Life insurance team. Later in 2022, Evelyn became the manager for the US insurance, and funds & asset management team. Evelyn is a member of Moody’s NYC Pride BRG serving as secretary of the steering committee and actively participates in recruiting and mentoring events.

Evelyn has a Masters’ degree in Finance from University Carlos III of Madrid and passed CFA Level II in 2022.

Dean joined Moody’s in 2015 as a senior analyst responsible for a portfolio of US asset managers and managed investment funds. Keith Banhazl is a Managing Director and Head of Commercial Real Estate Finance for Americas within the Structured Finance Group and leads the team responsible for CMBS & CRE CLO new ratings and surveillance at Moody’s Investors Service. The team is responsible for reviewing Conduit/Fusion, Large Loan/Single Borrower, Agency CMBS, Credit Tenant Lease, Small Balance Commercial, CRE CLO, CRE CDO and other structured products at Moody’s Investors Service. Sarah Hibler is an Associate Managing Director in the Property and Casualty Group at Moody’s Investors Service. Jack has 26 years of experience consulting, building, and leading technology and risk management programs for Fortune 100 organizations. As VP, Head of Cyber Risk Methodology for Bitsight, Jack has overall responsibility for the systemic development and application of frameworks, algorithms, and quantitative and qualitative methods to measure cyber risk. He is also the co-author of the foundational book on cyber risk quantification (CRQ), which was inducted into the Cybersecurity Canon in 2016. Becky Leeper Partner Program Leader Moody's RMS

Becky Leeper is a Partner Program Leader at Moody’s Analytics, working for the past 11 years with insurance and financial services organizations on deploying catastrophe models to understand climate and climate change risk. At Moody's RMS she leads internal and external partnership work to maximize opportunities for our climate models and data. This includes promoting the use of RMS models, analytics, and data across a variety of climate use cases within banking, CRE, investment management, corporates, and governments. By clearly understanding the impact from climate change, these organizations can quickly and accurately respond to regulatory reporting and be prepared when a large event such as a flood, wildfire, earthquake, or hurricane happens.

Prior to RMS, Becky spent more than a decade partnering with financial firms in the use of models for valuation and risk management within fixed income. Becky holds a BS in computer science from Duke University.
