Graeme Knowd is a Managing Director in the Financial Institutions Group based in Singapore. He manages a team of analysts in Japan and Singapore.The team has responsibility for rating financial institutions, including banks, securities firms and other non-bank financial institutions in North Asia (ex-Greater China) , South and South East Asia. Graeme has analyzed financial institutions globally for more than 20 years.
Before joining Moody’s, Graeme worked as a sell-side equity analyst at CLSA and Morgan Stanley. Prior to that, Graeme worked for The Bank for International Settlements, where he was involved in risk management and regularly conducted training for central banks throughout the world, particularly in Latin America. He has also worked for other leading financial institutions, such as UBS and S&P, and began his career at the Bank of England. He has worked in London, Switzerland, Tokyo and Singapore.
Graeme has Master’s degrees from the School of Oriental and African Studies, University of London, and Kobe University, where he studied Economics.
As Cluster CEO Singapore and ASEAN Markets, Patrick is responsible for steering and executing business development and strategy for the Bank in Singapore, Malaysia, Vietnam and Thailand. These are key strategic markets for the Standard Chartered Bank Group, and Singapore is home to the Bank’s global businesses and Technology & Operations functions.
Before assuming this role, Patrick was CEO Singapore, and Head of Global Banking, Singapore, where he was responsible for the Bank’s corporate and institutional client businesses.
Before joining Standard Chartered in 2012, Patrick was Managing Director, Head of Southeast Asia Investment Banking at Nomura. Prior to that, he was Head of Singapore/Malaysia Investment Banking at UBS and Executive Director, Investment Banking at Morgan Stanley. He has over 25 years of experience in the banking industry, including corporate and investment banking, product and sector coverage, and has worked in Singapore, Hong Kong and London.
Patrick is a Co-Founder and Board Director of Leap Philanthropy Ltd, a Singapore-based charity active in Indonesia, Cambodia and Myanmar. He is also a Board Director of Clifford Capital (established as a specialist provider of structured finance solutions). He is an Executive Committee member of Singapore Trade Data Exchange Services Pte Ltd (SGTraDex), and serves on the Board of Climate Impact X Pte Ltd as an Alternate Director.
Patrick graduated with BA (First Class Honors) and MA in English from Trinity College, Cambridge.

His last role at Citibank/Citigroup in New York City was Managing Director - Risk Management, responsible for the oversight of North America Credit Cards & Private Label Cards businesses (U.S. & Canada) and unsecured credit portfolios at 13 countries in the Asia Pacific region.
When he was based in London, U.K., he was Managing Director – Risk Management, responsible for the oversight of the consumer banking credit in 11 countries in Central/Eastern Europe and the Middle East Africa regions
He joined Citibank Indonesia as a Management Associate in 1990 upon graduation from the University of Texas at Austin, U.S.A. (Bachelors of Science in Chemical Engineering and MBA in Information Systems Management with merit scholarship from IBM).
Mr. Dmytro Kolechko has over 15 years of professional experience at C-level positions in Risk Management and Executive Boards of international banks and financial companies in Ukraine, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Vietnam. Since 2015 he is the Chief Risk Officer at Vietnam Prosperity Bank (VP Bank).
VPBank was the first bank in Vietnam to be awarded regionally for the Achievement in Enterprise risk management in 2021 and the Achievement in Liquidity risk management in 2020 by The Asian Banker.
Mr. Dmytro Kolechko holds PhD, the areas of his research and scientific interests are (a) winning strategies in global business architectonics, and (b) mathematical behavioral modelling of retail customers, private entrepreneurs, and SMEs.
Dr. Kobsak Pootrakool is Director and Senior Executive Vice President at Bangkok Bank, one of Thailand’s largest commercial banks. Prior to joining the bank, He served as Minister attached to the Prime Minister’s Office of Thailand, supervising the Board of Investment, the National Economic and Social Development Council, the National Research Council, as well as the Office of SMEs Promotion. He had also served as a former Vice Minister of the Prime Minister’s Office as well as a former member of the Constitution Drafting Committee before being appointed as the Minister.
From 2010 to 2015, Dr. Kobsak worked at Bangkok Bank as a Chief Economist and an Executive Vice President, International Banking Group. He achieved several projects including banking license approval from the Central Bank of Myanmar in 2015.
From 1996 to 2010, he had worked with the Bank of Thailand and the Stock Exchange of Thailand. He helped develop and implement the monetary policy and financial institution policy. He was an Executive of the Monetary Policy Strategy Division and seconded to SET from 2008 to 2009 as Senior Vice President in Strategic Planning Department. He also served as an Executive Director of the SET Research Institute for Capital Market.
Dr. Kobsak’s awards include the Puay Ungpakorn Medal in 2009, given to the best young economist in Thailand. He has published extensively within Thailand and internationally. He also is a frequent media commentator.
Dr. Kobsak holds a PhD in macroeconomics and international economics from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, and a BA in mathematics and economics from Williams College.
Rebecca Tan is an Vice President – Senior Analyst for the Financial Institutions Group in Asia. Based in Singapore, Rebaca is responsible for the credit ratings of financial institutions in Vietnam and Thailand.
Prior to joining Moody’s, Rebaca worked as a banking regulator at the Monetary Authority of Singapore.
Rebaca holds a Bachelor in Accountancy (Honours) from Nanyang Technological University.
Eugene Tarzimanov is a Senior Vice President in the Financial Institutions Group in Asia. Based in Singapore, he is the Lead Analyst for banks in Southeast Asia, including Singapore, Malaysia, Vietnam, Sri Lanka and Bangladesh.
Eugene is also responsible for coordinating banking research across Asia Pacific, and actively represents Moody’s to regulators, investors and the media on analytical and methodological views. Eugene moved to Singapore from Moody’s Moscow office, where he covered the largest banks in Russia, as well as financial institutions in Europe and the Middle East.
Before joining Moody’s in early 2009, Eugene held senior positions during his five years with Standard & Poor’s, where he was responsible for the analysis of banks in Europe and the Middle East. He has also worked at the CEO’s office of Bank VTB, where he was responsible for inhouse research.
Eugene holds an MBA in financial management from New York’s Pace University, and a BSc in international economics from Moscow’s Finance Academy.
Mr Eric Lim is the Chief Sustainability Officer at UOB. He leads a dedicated corporate sustainability office that is focused on achieving the Bank's sustainability objectives of helping businesses to advance responsibly, steering consumer wealth to sustainable investments and fostering social inclusiveness and environmental well-being.
Concurrently, Eric is also the Head of Group Finance, where he is responsible for the Bank’s core finance functions spanning financial strategy, capital management, regulatory and financial reporting, tax management, business finance and performance management.
Eric holds positions in other key UOB management committees, including Chairperson of the Group Sustainability Committee. He is also a member of the Asset and Liability Committee and the Management Committee, and holds directorships in UOB affiliated companies.

Peng Fong is the Head of Credit, Asia. He is a Portfolio Manager responsible for Asian credit strategies.
Peng Fong has over 16 years of investment experience, with 14 years at Schroders across the Singapore and Hong Kong offices. Peng Fong joined Schroders in 2008 as a Credit Research Analyst responsible for Pan Asian Financials, Oil & Gas, and Conglomerates. Prior to joining Schroders, he worked for Aberdeen Asset Management Asia as a Credit Investment Analyst.
Peng Fong graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Business Management (Finance) from Singapore Management University. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), holds the Chartered Market Technician (CMT) designation, and a Certificate in ESG Investing by CFA UK.
Venn Saltirov, CFA, Director is a Portfolio Manager in BlackRock’s Asia Credit and Fixed Income team in Singapore. He is also the ESG Investment Lead for Asia Credit, overseeing ESG integration and management of dedicated sustainable portfolios. Prior to joining BlackRock in 2012, Venn was part of the #1 II-ranked European Industrials Fixed Income Research team at JP Morgan in London. Venn started his career in Lehman Brothers in investment banking and principal investments. Venn earned a Bachelor's degree in Economics and International Relations from Colgate University and an MBA from INSEAD.
Srikanth Vadlamani is a Vice President – Group Credit Officer, APAC Banking for the Financial Institutions Group in Asia. Based in Singapore, he is primarily responsible for the credit ratings of banks and finance companies in India, Indonesia and Sri Lanka.
Prior to joining Moody’s, he was a Director in Daiwa Securities’ research department in Singapore, where he was responsible for the coverage of banks in the ASEAN region. He has also worked for other investment banks, including J.P. Morgan, Lehman Brothers and Nomura, where he covered banks and other financial institutions in India, Southeast Asia and emerging Europe.
