| Iván Palacios is an Associate Managing Director within Moody’s Corporate Finance Group and he has responsibility for a team of analysts in Madrid and Milan covering the TMT, consumer goods, food and beverage sectors in the EMEA region. Iván joined Moody’s in 2002 and he has worked in Madrid and Singapore. Prior to joining Moody’s, Iván worked for Goldman Sachs in London. Iván has a Bachelor’s in Business Administration from Colegio Universitario de Estudios Financieros in Madrid. |
Carlos Winzer is a Senior Vice President at Moody’s Investors Service where he heads up the European telecommunications team in the Corporate Finance Group. Mr. Winzer joined Moody´s New York in 1992. After spending two years at Moody’s office in NY and eight years in London, he relocated to the Madrid office in 2002. He joined Moody’s from Citibank NA, where he was Corporate Bank Risk Manager and Relationship Officer in Corporate Finance. Mr. Winzer holds a graduate degree in economics and business administration from CUNEF (Colegio Universitario de Estudios Financieros in Madrid). In addition, he holds a postgraduate degree in business administration from Guildhall University in London. Mr. Winzer is a professor at ICADE business school and IEB MBA program in Madrid.
Neil Mack is a Vice President - Senior Analyst on Moody’s Telecommunications/MediaTeam covering a portfolio of investment grade and high yield telecommunicationscompanies. Prior to joining Moody’s in 2017 he held various positions in fixed incomeasset management, including at Citigroup Asset Management, Bear Stearns,AllianceBernstein and PartnerRe Asset Management.Neil is a CFA charterholder and a member of the New York Society of SecurityAnalysts. He received his MBA in Finance from Columbia University and BA in Englishfrom Fordham University.
Rosa Morales Cid is an Assistant Vice President – Analyst in the Corporate Finance Group (CFG) based in Mexico City. She is responsible for a portfolio of Latin American investment grade and high yield companies in the Telecom and Metals & Mining sectors.
Rosa joined Moody’s in 2009 as an Associate Analyst providing support to a portfolio of diversified industries including Telecom, Construction and Oil and Gas. She became manager of the Associate Analysts team in CFG Latin America, and she also managed the Sub Sovereign and Infrastructure groups on an interim basis. Before joining Moody’s, Rosa worked at GE Capital as a Jr Underwriter financing aircraft and portfolio acquisitions in Mexico and the Caribbean.
Rosa has a degree in Management with a major in Finance and a post-graduate diploma in Banking, Credit and Risk Management from ITAM (Instituto Tecnologico Autonomo de Mexico). She holds a Master’s degree in International Finance from Universidad Panamericana and she also completed the Investment Strategies and Portfolio Management program in The Wharton School in Pennsylvania. Rosa speaks Spanish, English and Portuguese.
