Alka Anbarasu is an Associate Managing Director in the Financial Institutions Group in Asia. Based in Singapore, she oversees the ratings team that is responsible for the credit ratings of banks and non-bank financial institutions in Japan, South and South East Asia. She is closely involved in the integration of Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) factors into bank ratings as well as research and outreach on ESG.
Alka is a regular speaker at Moody’s market briefings, external conferences, podcasts and media engagements. She is very active in promoting Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DE&I) initiatives via her role as the co-chair of the APAC Women’s Business Resource Group. She is also a passionate impact leader for Moody’s CSR initiatives in Asia.
Alka joined Moody’s in 2013 after several years in the investment banking division of J.P. Morgan in London and Mumbai and ING Vysya Bank in India. She has close to 20 years of experience in the financial industry. Alka completed her undergraduate degree from University of Mumbai and holds an MBA from the Xavier Institute of Management in India.
Tengfu Li is an Assistant Vice President – Analyst with Moody’s Financial Institutions Group.
Based in Singapore, he is responsible for the credit ratings of financial institutions in Indonesia and Malaysia. Prior to Moody’s, Tengfu worked at OCBC Bank, where he developed credit risk models.
Tengfu holds a MSc in Accountancy from Nanyang Technological University, and a BEng in Electrical Engineering from the National University of Singapore.

Vera was appointed Managing Director and Chief Financial Officer at PT Bank Central Asia Tbk since 2018. She is responsible for Corporate Strategy and Planning, Research and Economy, Accounting and Tax, Investor Relations, ESG, GCG, and Corporate Secretary.
Prior to joining BCA, Vera worked for PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk and was appointed Director and Chief Financial Officer from 2006 to 2017. She also held several Commissioner positions including Commissioner of PT Adira Dinamika Multi Finance and Deputy President Commissioner of PT Asuransi Adira Dinamika.
Vera received an undergraduate degree from Universitas Tarumanagara and graduate of Executive Program at Stanford Graduate School of Business.
Vera is also a member of Indonesia Banking Association and Indonesia Watercolor Society.
Vincent Ferraton joined Pictet Asset Management’s Fixed Income team in 2007 and is Head of Asian Credit Research. Before assuming his current position in 2012, Vincent was a Senior Investment Manager for Investment Grade Credit portfolios, a role he took on in2009 after having previously been Senior Investment Manager for Swiss Rates.
Before joining Pictet, he worked for nine years at UBS Investment Bank in both Zurich and London. His last position at UBS was Head of the Swiss Fixed Income Credit Research team, with a focus on multinational and medium sized Swiss / European corporate credits. His earlier experience at UBS included Debt Capital Markets Origination and Credit Risk Management in London. Previously he worked for Moody’s Investors Services and for First National Bank of Chicago.
Vincent graduated with a BSc (Hons)in International Business and Modern Languages from Aston University, Birmingham (UK).
Served PT Federal International Finance since 2012 in Funding, treasury and finance division. Responsibilities covered to oversee company’s funding requirements, dealing with related parties; e.g. legal counsel, rating companies, securities houses, authorities and auditors; and closely monitoring and control finance operation transactions.
Having long-historical experience in some conglomerates in Indonesia, mainly in Corporate Finance field, as well as in business development, Controlling and Budgeting aspects.
During the services, many local and international transactions have been accomplished, as project leader and initiator.
Also has widely relationship with Indonesian, regional and international investors and banks, whom having closed relation to the fund raising activities.
Involve in some derivative transactions and take role to execute the deals in last 10-years in the company.
