Rebecca Adair is a Vice President – Senior Analyst in the Global Project & Infrastructure Finance Group covering a diverse portfolio of public private partnerships (P3), project finance, and infrastructure issuers in the transportation, social, and power sectors. She also leads new rating assignments for P3 bids and other project finance and infrastructure transactions.
Prior to joining Moody’s, Rebecca had several years of experience in the project finance and infrastructure space and most recently worked as a Director in the credit team at Sun Life Financial with responsibilities spanning a range of sectors, including renewable/thermal power, energy, rail, bridges, water, hospitals, universities, stadiums and airport related facilities.
Rebecca holds an MBA in finance from Rotman School of Management at the University of Toronto and a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering from Shanghai Jiao Tong University. Rebecca is also a CFA charter holder.
Louis Ko is a Vice President–Senior Analyst in the Global Project & Infrastructure Finance Group. His responsibilities include the monitoring of a portfolio which includes various project financings, public-private partnership (P3) and power projects in Canada. Louis is a member of Moody’s global P3 task force and annually participates in several new rating assignments for P3 bids in the Canadian market. Some notable recently completed transactions include the refinancing for the Rt. Honourable Herb Gray Parkway in Ontario, Sea to Sky Highway in Vancouver and the Southwest Calgary Ring Road in Alberta. Prior to joining Moody’s, Louis worked as a Director in the Project Finance team at Manulife Financial as part of the team that is responsible for the origination and investment in renewable power generation and infrastructure projects. Louis holds a Masters of Business Administration from the Smith School of Business at Queen’s University and a Bachelors of Applied Science in Computer Engineering from the University of Waterloo. Louis is a CFA charter holder.
A.J. Sabatelle is an Associate Managing Director in Moody’s Global Project & Infrastructure Finance Group where he manages the Project Finance Team for the Americas, including Latin America and Canada. A.J. also acts as a rating chair across all segments of the Global Infrastructure and Project Finance franchise, is a member of the Infrastructure Finance Franchise Committee and a member of the Global Infrastructure Focus Editorial Board.
A.J. joined Moody’s in 1997. For most of tenure at Moody’s, A.J. has been responsible for assigning ratings to and monitoring issuers across the electric power industry, including electric and gas utilities, independent power companies, and project finance transactions throughout North and South America. He has authored numerous research and rating methodology pieces covering the infrastructure and project finance sectors.
Prior to joining Moody’s, A.J. was a First Vice President and Manager of Mellon Bank’s Utilities and Project Finance Group. Before that, he was a Relationship Manager at Mellon Bank; and previously at Irving Trust Company, where in both cases he handled a portfolio of U.S. utility and energy companies.
A.J. holds an MBA in Finance from Stern School of Business at New York University and a AB in Economics from Columbia College, Columbia University.
